I mean what I say, say what I mean and drink too much coffee. People accuse me of being a man’s man, having classic good looks, and a walking encyclopedia.

I am open to new experiences and enjoy meeting people. I am aggressive, intense, very intelligent, accused of being intellectually arrogant towards those of lesser intelligence. I am curious, open-minded, have a great  imagination, am confident and feel comfortable in my skin. I am good with commitment and take things seriously, too much sometimes.  I am impatient, dislike delays or time wasters, and people who talk too much. I also have high levels of energy. I am a INTPpsychological type.

Philosophers”, “architects”, “dreamy professors”… These epithets are most often used to describe the INTP personality type. INTPs love theories and believe that everything can be analyzed and improved. They are not that concerned about the real world and practical things – from the INTPs’ perspective, it is often less exciting than ideas and intellectual pursuits. People with this personality type have no difficulties noticing patterns where others cannot – this makes them brilliant theorists and analysts.”

Architects need not be thought of as only interested in drawing blueprints for buildings or roads or bridges. They are the master designers of all kinds of theoretical systems, including school curricula, corporate strategies, and new technologies. For Architects, the world exists primarily to be analyzed, understood, explained – and re-designed. External reality in itself is unimportant, little more than raw material to be reorganized into structural models. What is important for Architects is that they grasp fundamental principles and natural laws, and that their designs are elegant, that is, efficient and coherent. Architects are rare – maybe one percent of the population – and show the greatest precision in thought and speech of all the types. They tend to see distinctions and inconsistencies instantaneously, and can detect contradictions no matter when or where they were made. It is difficult for an Architect to listen to nonsense, even in a casual conversation, without pointing out the speaker’s error. And in any serious discussion or debate Architects are devastating, their skill in framing arguments giving them an enormous advantage. Architects regard all discussions as a search for understanding, and believe their function is to cut inconsistencies, which can make communication with them an uncomfortable experience for many. Ruthless pragmatists about ideas, and insatiably curious, Architects are driven to find the most efficient means to their ends, and they will learn in any way and degree they can. They will listen to amateurs if their ideas are useful, and will ignore the experts if theirs are not. Authority derived from office, credential,or celebrity does not impress them. Architects are interested only in what make sense, and thus only statements that are consistent and coherent carry any weight with them. Architects often seem difficult to know. They are inclined to be shy except with close friends, and their reserve is difficult to penetrate. Able to concentrate better than any other type, they prefer to work quietly at their computers or drafting tables, and often alone. Architects also become obsessed with analysis, and this can seem to shut others out. Once caught up in a thought process, Architects close off and persevere until they comprehend the issue in all its complexity. Architects prize intelligence, and with their grand desire to grasp the structure of the universe, they can seem arrogant and may show impatience with others who have less ability, or who are less driven. http://www.keirsey.com

IQ:  I scored 136. The average person has an IQ of 100, a mentally hindered person of about 80, so figure the difference for yourself.

I do not have a hidden agenda, I am direct, honest and to the point in both professional and personal life. I can see immediately the weaknesses or flaws in a situation, and how these can be replaced, removed or improved so that the best possible result can be achieved. I have an intuitive ability to be able to analyse a situation and quickly reach a conclusion. I am a decision maker. I have war-gamed strategic, operational, and tactical simulations using professional tools and have been successful playing against military professionals of senior rank. Business professionals have told me that I have one of the quickest minds for examining methodically and in detail known facts and determining the correct response. I perceive what is not always clear to others and can forecast what possible actions others might take to deal with events that are taking place.

I have gained knowledge and skills through participation in life, so how can I help you?

Following is a list of a few of the skills I have acquired, it is not complete…

I backpack, have hang glided, swam rapids, primitive camped in the Rockies; that means living for months in the mountains with what I carried on my back, and eating what I could fish or hunt; bike 50 miles/80 km a day on ten speed bikes, and lived what other’s today call extreme sports. The world is now full of wimps.

Like I mentioned earlier, I say what I mean, mean what I say and make no apology for it. Welcome to my rantings.

Thank you for reading.
